These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VoiceAgents.cc and services provided by Automation++ Unlimited (“VoiceAgents.cc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

VoiceAgents.cc provides AI voice agent and automation services for businesses. Services may include call answering, appointment scheduling, lead capture, call summaries, SMS or email follow-up, integrations, and related automation workflows.

Specific features, pricing, usage limits, setup requirements, and deliverables may be described in an order form, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, call handling instructions, escalation rules, calendar access, integration access, and any other materials needed to configure your voice agent.

You are responsible for reviewing the agent’s behavior, testing workflows, and notifying us of errors, outdated information, or changes to your business processes.

You are also responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including laws related to call recording, consent, SMS messaging, privacy, marketing, professional licensing, and regulated data.

AI Limitations

AI systems may misunderstand callers, produce incorrect responses, fail to complete a task, or require human escalation. VoiceAgents.cc is designed to assist with business communications, but it does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, medical advice, emergency response, or human review where required.

You should not rely on the service for emergency dispatch, life-safety decisions, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or other high-risk uses unless we have expressly agreed in writing to a suitable workflow and safeguards.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the services to:

  • violate laws or regulations;
  • send spam, unlawful marketing, or unauthorized messages;
  • impersonate others deceptively;
  • collect sensitive information without proper authorization;
  • harass, threaten, or defraud others;
  • interfere with service security or availability;
  • use the service for emergency response unless expressly approved in writing.

Third-Party Services

Our services may depend on third-party platforms, including telephony providers, AI providers, scheduling tools, hosting providers, SMS providers, email providers, analytics tools, and automation platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or limitations caused by third-party services.

Payment

Fees, billing frequency, included usage, overage rates, setup fees, and cancellation terms will be described in the applicable order form, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due when invoiced and are non-refundable once services have been provided.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public business, technical, or customer information from the other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for purposes related to the services.

Data and Content

You retain ownership of your business information and customer data. You grant us permission to process that information as needed to provide, maintain, support, and improve the services.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, telephony issues, configuration errors, or other events may affect availability.

Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceAgents.cc and Automation++ Unlimited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities.

Our total liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, unless a different limit is stated in a written agreement.

Termination

Either party may stop using or providing services according to the cancellation or termination terms in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, legal risk, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
