Add-ons & one-time fees
Integration work is priced by the real engineering effort involved, not by tier. Everything else is a flat monthly add-on.
Integration setup
Cal.com and generic form-fill integrations are included. Light CRM (HubSpot, n8n-bridged) setup is $499 one-time. Custom or legacy CRM builds (Dentrix, JobNimbus, Clio, Eaglesoft) are $1,500–$5,000 one-time, quoted after a 20-minute scoping call.
HIPAA Healthcare add-on
$150/mo. Enables BAA coverage, strict PHI handling, and the 90-day data retention policy on your workspace. Required for any healthcare client routing patient calls through the agent.
How billing works
- Every plan is billed monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel any time from your dashboard and call forwarding reverts immediately.
- Overage is billed at the tier's per-minute rate on the 1st of the following month. Overage is always cheaper the higher the plan — commitment is rewarded.
- Included minutes are billed in 6-second increments from the moment the agent answers. Voicemail-only calls under 10 seconds are free.
- We don't up-charge for multilingual handling. English, Spanish, and 30+ other languages are included on every plan.
