Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, appointment details, and information you submit through forms, scheduling tools, email, or calls.

If you use our services, we may process call-related information such as caller name, phone number, call recordings, transcripts, appointment requests, lead details, call summaries, and business-specific instructions needed to operate your voice agent.

We may also collect website usage and diagnostic information, such as pages visited, browser type, device information, referral source, approximate location derived from network information, UTM campaign details, buttons or links clicked, form interaction events, time spent on pages, scroll depth, performance metrics, and public-page error summaries through first-party analytics or server logs. We do not intentionally collect form field contents, passwords, raw page recordings, or full session replay in our first-party website analytics.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries;
  • schedule demos and appointments;
  • provide, configure, and improve our AI voice agent services;
  • route calls, summarize calls, book appointments, and send follow-ups;
  • maintain security and prevent abuse;

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, telephony, scheduling, email, analytics, automation, payment processing, customer support, and AI voice processing. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Our first-party website analytics are sent to our backend and stored in our PostgreSQL database. We may later use self-hosted diagnostic tools to surface public-page software errors.

Call Recordings and Transcripts

If call recording or transcription is enabled for a client, callers may be recorded or transcribed so the service can summarize calls, capture lead details, support quality review, and perform requested workflows. Clients are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable call recording, consent, privacy, and industry-specific laws.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, and security purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention settings may vary by client workflow.

Raw first-party website analytics are generally retained for up to 180 days. Aggregated, non-field-level reporting may be retained longer for business planning, trend analysis, security, and site improvement.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we aim to use reputable vendors, limit access, and follow security-conscious practices.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal, operational, and contractual limits. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us.

Regulated Industries
